Bearing and Distance:
Distance and bearing is written as N45:30:15E 200F
where direction isDegree=45, Minutes=30 and Second=15
and distance is 200 F
in above example seperator is ":(semi colon)" other seperator can be used is
",(comma)" or "/(forward slash)" this way the above distance and bearing can be written as:
N45,30,15E 200F
or
N45/30/15E 200F
So line will be drawn between North and East making 45.50 degree from North of length 200F.

Arc and Distance:
Counter Clockwise Arc is written as: R50 70F
with radius 50 and arc length 70 feet.
On the point two arc will be created (only one arc will be shown on screen user can choose one of them to be displayed)
One arc will be concave and other will be convex and both are in counter clockwise direction.
Counter clockwise Arc will be written as:
R50 70F
or
R50+ 70F
Clockwise Arc is written as: R50- 70F
with radius 50 and arc length 70 feet.
On the point two arc will be created (only one arc will be shown on screen user can choose one of them to be displayed)
One arc will be concave and other will be convex and both are in clockwise direction.
Clockwise Arc will be written as:
R50- 70F
Note: OTHER ARC CAN BE SELECTED BY CLICKING "ARC SELECT" BUTTON
Measurement unit:
Application supports three measurement units US Surveyor Feet, Meter and Chain. All the unit will be converted to feet
and the output area will be shown in Sqare Feet and length will be shown in Feet.
Feet (F): Feet is default unit N45E 200F, R20 50F or N45E 200, R20 50
are the same value.
Chain (C): In case input distance is in chain i.e. N45E 200C or R20 50C
the chain unit
will be converted to feet which is:
1 Chain = 66 Feet
Meter (M): In case input distance is in Meter i.e. N45E 200M or R20 50M
the meter unit
will be converted to feet which is:
1 Meter = 3.2808333333465 Feet
